Year End Sales 2011 & Online Shopping

Year End...usually famous with Y.E.S

This time ladies sure will be happy especially full time housewife. Why? Because they will be very happy to spend time in shopping complex. Which are at the first thought, "ok, it just a window shopping...." but end up sure will be trapped by "Crazy Great Deals" ...Hmm cheap! Cheaper than normal price, Why not just grabbed it right?

Haha..I'm is one of it. Even i'm a Working Mother, but i'm still having fun with this Y.E.S

How? Online ....online shopping...ya Online Shopping can drive me crazy IF i don't keep reminding  myself. Click..click...click..hmm look nice, cheaper than market price. Then, add to Cart..proceed payment.

Next day or 2 days received items, look good. Fast shipment..Ha! Sure will make you want to surf more & grab more!

Anyway, to be frank. I love do online shopping but actually it will take sometimes for me. Why?

I'll compare the price from one blog/website to other blogs and websites. The best thing, i added into cart to calculate the final price. I'll choose the cheapest and check the review also. The best will WIN my heart ;)

Thus, moral of the story: Y.E.S is the best time to shop but Be a Smart Shopper!

Next idea generated from here: Maybe i should write and share list of good, reliable & trusted online shopping websites ;) Stay tune....

Istimewanya Wanita Hamil dan Ibu Menyusukan Anak

Untungnya bila insan bernama wanita itu hamil mahupun yang menyusukan anak mereka ....

Jom sesama renung-renungkan :)

1. Dua rakaat solat wanita yang hamil lebih baik dari 80 rakaat solat wanita yang tidak hamil.

Ya, sebaiknya kita tetap wajib solat walaupun amat la seksa untuk rukuk dan sujud apatah lagi di hujung-hujung kehamilan kan?Boleh duduk ...
2. Wanita yang hamil dapat pahala puasa disiang hari & pahala ibadat di malam hari.

Hmm kalau puasa penuh lagi dahsyat laba nye kan...
3. Wanita yang bersalin dapat pahala 70 thn solat & puasa serta setiap kesakitan pada satu uratnya, Allah bagi satu pahala haji

Subhanallah, semoga terhapus dosa-dosa lalu...

4. Sekiranya wanita meninggal dunia dalam masa 40 hari selepas bersalin ia dikira sebagai mati syahid.

Ya Allah, nikmat sungguh hadiahmu buat kaum bernama ibu cuma ku pohon, jangan kau amik nyawaku buat masa ini kerana masih banyak lagi yang belum sempat ku sempurnakan buatMu, buat Suamiku, buat ibu bapaku, keluargaku dan kasihanilah anak-anakku yang masih memerlukan kasih sayang dan didikanku, Amin.
5. Wanita yang beri minum susu badannya kepad anaknya akan dapat 1 pahala daripada tiap titik susu yang diberikannya.

Subhanallah, dapat melihat susu keluar ketika di pam pun cukup mampu menyebabkan air mata ku mengalir kerana HEBATNYA ciptaan ALLAH. Ditambahpula dengan apa yang diperoleh kerana memberikan susu badan kepada anakku.

6. Wanita yang beri minum susu badannya kepad anaknya yang menangis maka Allah beri pahala satu tahun pahala solat & puasa.
Moga apa yang ku laksanakan mendapat nikmat seperti ini.
7. Kalau wanita menyusui anaknya hingga cukup tempoh 2 setengah tahun, maka malaikat dilangit khabarkan berita bahawa syurga wajib baginya.

Kalau Saffiya berjaya 2 tahun 7 bulan, semoga adiknya Syaheera Noramnina juga sekurang-kurangnya dapatku susukan sehingga 2 tahun 7 bulan jugak :)
8. Seorang ibu yang menghabiskan masa malamnya dengan tidur yang tidak selesa kerana menjaga anaknya yang sakit dapat pahala seperti membebaskan 20 orang hamba.

9. Wanita yang tidak cukup tidur pada malam hari kerana menjaga anaknya yang sakit akan di ampunkan oleh Allah akan seluruh dosanya & bila dia hiburkan hati anaknya Allah beri 12 tahun pahala ibadat.

Ya, Allah selepas ini akan ku cuba untuk tidak mengeluh atau bersungut walaupun saya sangat penat!

Kalau dibaca dari setiap nikmat dan kelebihan yang ada di atas, tiada sebab dan alasan untuk kaum ibu tinggalkan solat dan mengelak untuk tidak menyusukan bayi kan? Apapun, semuanya terpulang kepada individu: Nak Seribu Daya, Tak Nak Seribu Dalih!

Non Responsive Customer Service!

Today, I had my hot shower earlier than yesterday :) Then took my breakfast - Milk + Nestum (an effort ot increase my milk production ;) as normal. I feel better than yesterday morning :)


Anyhow...


Once i reached the office, suddenly i remembered about my order yesterday. Err...how ya?Still no respond??


Here is the story...
Yesterday I wanted to buy list of items - my baby stuff from an online shop, but no respond at all. Today by 10am will reach 24 hours, but still no respond. What i want is just the Special Coupon that i eligible to get. The thing is no respond from the person i sent. I'm expecting atleast saying something that make me updated. I really feel like...Hey, what happend to my request??Don't you received it? Or you just ignore it??


For sure, frustration mood coming ...


Fortunately, this morning i message some one telling that i'm going to buy items and guess what???

She replied..(about)

"She forward to me already, some have stock some don't have"
and bla..bla...bla....

Ok, i accepted that reason. Anyhow, she (the person i message is not the one to be blamed, she's very good, very responsible & she really tried to persuade me a.k.a know how to cool down customer mood) If have Customer Service rating, i'll give her 4 stars :)


Ok, continue...


The main reason that make me un-happy is no respond to my mail. I expecting atleast an update - its ok if just a simple reply. 


Could you please just reply and says something like...(here i become a teacher) hahaha

"Order received, anyhow we need to do some stock checking before we can proceed generating the coupon. Thank you for your patronage"

or since she forwarded my mail to other person ....can simply CC to me right?


Hmm, anyway since the lady that i messaged this morning, managed to answer and comfort me, i accepted the delays and the best part she do promise to make it a.s.a.p with do apology for the delay. 

Moral of the Story 
Please reply any mail received EXCEPT SPAM/JUNK MAILS OK! 
Especially if you're running online business. Email is the main medium for you to interact with your customers, so please ya!

Hmm..time goes so fast....

2011 a Great Start...
I'm in the new office at Bandar Puteri Puchong, no more Cyberjaya!

Serious i missed Cyberjaya, very peaceful - no jam heading to the office unless have any accident near Sri Kembangan or after the Puchong Selatan Toll. Plus, i love the environment there - Greenery!

Maybe i used to worked there before - 5 years!
